The preclinIQ pipeline integrates directly with existing imaging workflows through standard DICOM communication. Scans are transferred automatically from the scanner to a remote DICOM server, where segmentations are generated. The resulting images are then returned in the same DICOM format, ensuring immediate compatibility with any DICOM-compliant analysis software.
